01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Registering in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Never been permanently banned from the tajir777 platform due to prior terms violations.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Tajir777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be requested include copies of your identification card, passport, or other relevant supporting documents.

03 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at tajir777. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any balance refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration is sufficient grounds for account closure.

• The registered name must match the name on a valid identification document.
• Each phone number may only be linked to one tajir777 account.
• Each email address may only be used to register one account.
• Your account password is your full responsibility — do not share it with anyone.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal. This includes verification of your identity, residential address, and payment method used. tajir777 processes all KYC documents within 24–48 business hours.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Tajir777 supports a variety of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, interbank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus administrative fees.
• Tajir777 does not charge for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet held in the same name as the tajir777 account.
• All withdrawals are subject to the successful completion of a KYC review.
• Withdrawal processing time is 1–3 hours for most requests on business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on public holidays or outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

Tajir777 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of platform terms. In such cases, we will notify the member via their registered email within 48 hours.

05 General Game Rules

All games available at tajir777 — including sports betting, live casino, bingo, virtual games, and others — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in the relevant game section. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the tajir777 system.
• Bets or wagers accepted by the system cannot be cancelled except under specifically provided circumstances (such as a cancelled sports match).
• Tajir777 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a third party for all applicable casino games.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, tajir777's system records serve as the final reference.

07 Acceptable Member Conduct

All tajir777 members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, ethical manner and to respect all other users and the platform team. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward support staff or other members.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of tajir777.
• Spreading false or misleading information about tajir777 to the public.
• Entering into agreements with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting results (match fixing).
• Using another person's information to register or use the platform.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the tajir777 platform.

Tajir777 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in the event of any suspected illegal activity conducted through our platform. We have an active monitoring system that automatically detects suspicious activity patterns.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Member: You may close your tajir777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Balances unclaimed within 90 days after the closure notice will be considered forfeited.

Closure by tajir777: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• The member violates any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.

• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.

09 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

• Tajir777 is not liable for any losses arising from system failures or disruptions.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or game outcomes, tajir777 reserves the right to void or revise the affected bets.

Tajir777's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
